Sheet Plotter is a web-based service that allows users to create and customize charts from Google Sheets data. The Service provides tools for visualizing data, customizing chart appearance, and embedding charts in other applications.

5.Google Sheets Integration

The Service integrates with Google Sheets to access your data. By using this feature, you grant us permission to access the Google Sheets you specify. You are responsible for ensuring that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheet Plotter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheet Plotter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11.Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
